APS supplier Forum and Business Conference will be held on the Monday and Tuesday prior to the SAAC Cal. Show in Long Beach in August 4,5 2008. SAAC is helping to sponsor our educational event by providing our meeting room and audio visual equipment '+.In the past APS has designated SAAC a supplier friendly show.. and they are living up to their designation.
The forum will start on Monday at 1 PM and on Tuesday..(.set up day) at 8 AM ..to 1 PM latest. Final agendas and times will be sent in March..
Jo Ann from SAAC has asked me to get a preliminary count on attendance so she can block needed rooms at the hotels.
Please respond to me at LIB001@aol.com ASAP so I can get back to her. Please indicate if you will need one or two nights and how many rooms you will need.
For most of our suppliers this means coming in only one night earlier..so please plan to attend..there is no charge to attend the meeting if you are a APS member...and you can bring as many employees as you wish at no charge.( see APSTODAY.COM for previous meeting minutes)
NON - Members will be charged $100.00 per attendee, which they can use toward the membership fee of $395.00 if they choose to join at the meeting, or they join for $395.00 prior to the meeting if they wish to bring more than one attendee.
